In order to protect the people involved in collaboration, staff and volunteers against all kinds of sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment or assault, Brighter Horizons has developed policies and procedures to safeguard accordingly.

What does safeguarding mean to Brighter Horizons

In Brighter Horizons a zero-tolerance on sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment or assault exists.

This means, that all measures are applied in order to prevent any kind of assault or corruption – any reporting on this is always handled with confidentiality regardless the experience or suspicion. The measures applied includes regular training and awareness events for staff, local partners, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
