Providing relief to vulnerable children, street girls and the disabled in Sierra Leone

Talent Programme

Talent Programme

After the 11 years of civil war, many kids were left without parents and had to do anything in order to survive. The desperate situation in the country escalated again after the Ebola outbreak in 2014 which left more than 15.000 kids orphaned, and many became completely abandoned on the streets. Today, the estimated number is 50.000 street children.

There are many children in Sierra Leone who, despite lack of family relations, poverty and a very hard upbringing, have opportunities to succeed if they get the chance.

We have selected some children and young people who we think are specially talented and we are making an extra effort. We pay their education, food and clothes and some of the orphans, we place with foster families.
